Terms of Sale & Use
These Terms govern your purchase and use of Copy Edit Mode Skill for Claude (the “Product”), sold by underdog.ae, a product design boutique based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
The Product is a set of software “skills” for Claude Code (Anthropic’s CLI/agent) that add an in-place copy-editing feature to web applications, delivered as a downloadable .zip archive with documentation. The Product requires Claude Code to use; certain features additionally require third-party services (e.g. Vercel and Upstash) that you obtain and pay for separately.
2. Price & payment
The Product is sold for a one-time price of $9.99 (USD), plus any applicable taxes. Where required, value added tax (VAT) may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Completing checkout constitutes your offer to purchase, which we accept by delivering the download link.
3. Delivery
After successful payment, we email a download link to the address you provide at checkout. The link is time-limited and download-limited for security. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact claudeskills@underdog.ae.
4. License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product on projects you control, including client projects, subject to the full license terms included in the download (LICENSE.txt). You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise redistribute the Product files themselves. Code you build into your own projects using the Product is yours to use and ship.
5. Intellectual property
The Product is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights in the Product. “Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic; the Product is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
6. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase unless the Product has been downloaded. Once downloaded, all sales are final. By downloading, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Product unlawfully, to attempt to circumvent its license, or to redistribute it. You are responsible for how you configure and deploy the feature in your own applications, including securing the editor password and complying with laws applicable to your site and its content.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or that it will work with every framework, configuration, or future version of third-party tools.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
