Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data underdog.ae (“we”, “us”) collects when you buy Copy Edit Mode Skill for Claude, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and deliver a digital product.
Data we collect
- Your email address — collected at checkout so we can deliver your download link and send your receipt and support replies.
- Payment details — entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only limited transaction data (e.g. that a payment succeeded, the last four digits, country, and billing email).
- A download counter — we store the identifier of your purchase together with a count of how many times your download link has been used, to enforce the 10-download / 7-day limit. This record contains no payment data.
We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell your personal data.
Service providers (processors)
We share data only with providers that help us run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending your download and support emails.
- Upstash — storing the download counter described above.
- Vercel — hosting this website and its functions.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, and may process it outside the UAE (for example in the EU or US).
Why we process your data
To perform our contract with you (deliver the Product and provide support), to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to prevent abuse of download links and refunds.
Marketing, only with your consent: if you tick the promotional-emails box at checkout or join our email list, we use your email address to send occasional product updates and offers. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Retention
We retain order and email records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Download counters expire automatically shortly after the download link does.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email claudeskills@underdog.ae and we’ll respond as required by applicable law. Note that some records must be retained for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site; it sets analytics cookies for that purpose. We do not set advertising cookies. Our payment processor may set cookies strictly necessary to complete checkout securely.
