Refund Policy
Copy Edit Mode Skill for Claude is a digital product delivered instantly by email. Our policy is simple: you can get a full refund any time within 7 days of purchase — as long as you have not downloaded the product. Once the file has been downloaded, the sale is final.
Refunds before download
If you haven’t downloaded the product yet, you may request a full refund of your $9.99 purchase within 7 days of the purchase date, for any reason. No justification is required.
No refunds after download
Because this is a digital product that cannot be “returned” once obtained, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. Each purchase’s download activity is recorded (see our Privacy Policy), so we can verify whether a download occurred. By clicking your download link, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right to a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If something is genuinely broken — the download won’t open, a file is corrupted or missing — email us and we’ll make it right with a fresh copy or, if we can’t fix it, a refund. A defective product is our problem, not yours.
How to request a refund
Email claudeskills@underdog.ae from the address you used at checkout, and include your order/receipt number (from your Stripe email receipt). We aim to reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Digital product notice
Copy Edit Mode Skill for Claude is delivered instantly by email as a download link (valid for 7 days and up to 10 downloads). Delivery of the link begins as soon as your payment completes; delivery of the content completes the moment you download it. Each downloaded copy is individually watermarked and licensed to the purchaser.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, chargebacks filed after downloading, or redistribution of the product files in breach of the Terms of Sale.
